IBATECH FAIR - IZMIR (06 - 08 DECEMBER 2018)

Izmir is one of Turkey's most important city after Istanbul and Ankara. Izmir also has hosted the fair IBATECH. The IBATECH fair, which is held every two years in December and exhibits food technologies, aroused great excitement and interest in the Aegean and its immediate surroundings.

Organized simultaneously with the tourism fair, this fair has attracted great interest from foreign visitors and cafe and restaurant operators in tourism regions, as well as the pleasure of sectoral gathering.
Buzkap Refrigeration, one of the sought-after stands of Ibatech fairs, made its debut with its extraordinary design product equipment at this fair. Continuing to work towards changing consumer expectations and tastes, Buzkap attracted all the attention by exhibiting 2018 designs that it wanted to introduce to its customers among hundreds of product ranges.

Closely following the development of the ice cream sector in İzmir, the pearl of the Aegean and nearby provinces, and trying to supply all equipment from the production to the sale of ice cream, Buzkap managed to attract all the attention with its creative designs related to ice cream. Cattabriga brand, one of the first in the Italian ice cream industry, came together with the artisan masters of the ice cream industry at this fair through Buzkap. Buzkap, which tries to emphasize the perfect harmony of ice cream, cake and desserts with sherbet for its display equipment, continues its preparations to exhibit its creative designs for the changing style of the sector in Ankara in 2019.
