» While our pastry masters decorate the cake plastered on the upper marble counter; The lower section offers the convenience of storing and preserving products such as whipped cream and fruit that need to be kept cold, without spoiling them.
» Working temperature range is + 2 / + 8 º C. However, the optimum degree used in pastry is + 4 C.
